I’m Guy Abramo and I’m the Chief Executive Officer.

I am an accomplished leader and board director with experience spanning multiple industries including technology, financial services, and consulting. Most recently I served as CEO of HireRight, where I led its IPO in 2021 and its take-private transaction in 2024. Prior to HireRight, I held senior roles at organizations such as Experian, Tallan, Ingram Micro, KPMG Consulting, and Exxon/Mobil, consistently delivering transformative growth, innovative solutions, and operational excellence.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and an MBA from Georgetown University. I’m known for my collaborative leadership style and commitment to empowering teams to succeed.

I’m Channing Ferrer and I’m the President of Brandwatch. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of being a revenue leader, advisor, and early-stage investor to numerous global technology companies in various phases of growth, and have enjoyed building revenue teams and improving processes across many of the companies I’ve worked with.

Prior to joining Brandwatch, I held roles as Chief Sales Officer for Semrush, and Chief Revenue Officer for Built In. I also led the growth of HubSpot from $200m to $1.5b in revenue over a 6-year period, building the GTM operating system, KPIs, processes, and tools they continue to leverage today.

I earned my BS in Business Management from Villanova University, and I currently live in Wayland, Massachusetts with my wife, son, and daughter. 

I'm President of CisionOne and lead the company's global media monitoring division. I joined Cision in April 2022 from Streem where I served as co-founder and CEO, leading the business from start-up to funding and through to acquisition, and overseeing an operation that grew to 150+ staff and over 700 customers across the APAC region. Before founding Streem, I was an adviser in the Office of the Prime Minister (Australia), an experience that served as a driving force behind the creation of Streem for the PR and Communications market.

Today at Cision I am charged with the global roll-out of CisionOne, our market-leading media monitoring, analytics, and reporting platform. I oversee the Sales, Product, Engineering, Upgrades, and Media Data functions of CisionOne, enabling us to build out a highly-tuned, customer-driven platform – a philosophy that has been carried through from the success of Streem in the APAC region.

I reside in Sydney, Australia, travel often, and in my downtime spend a great deal of time either sailing on our city's harbor or skiing at the nearest ski field depending on the season or where I'm located.

I’m Matt Brown and I’m the President of PR Newswire. I have spent my career leading businesses and teams in the information services, FinTech, and news industries, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

I joined PR Newswire from Signal AI where I served as President, Americas & Asia-Pacific. Prior to that I held commercial leadership and GM roles at Thomson Reuters and Nasdaq where I was Global Head of Sales of the Corporate Solutions business unit. I also enjoy an active interest in the early-stage tech ecosystem where I have had the pleasure to invest in and advise numerous exceptional, high-velocity businesses.

I graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Trinity College in Connecticut, am an active traveler and hiker, and live in New York with my incredible son.

I’m Steve Boyes and I’m the Chief Customer Officer where my focus is to help our customers realise positive business outcomes and in turn create sustainable value for our customers, communities, team, and investors. I am a growth leader with over 30 years of global fintech, martech, and media experience providing enterprise data, SaaS technology platform, and marketing solutions to many of the world’s most successful organizations.

I’m recognised for delivering transformative growth in both mature and startup environments. Notably, I led the global sales and service support functions of a $6bn revenue enterprise, initiated a solutions business at Thomson Reuters rapidly scaling it 3x to $1bn in revenue, and founded a digital media startup growing it to multi-million dollar annual revenue and millions of daily visitors.

A trained teacher and a coach at my core, I was recognized as a top 50 Leading Light in the UK for kindness in business leadership in 2018 and as a top 100 Global Sales Leader in 2022.

I serve as Cision’s Chief Information Officer. I’m a recognized leader in the private equity and privately held business sectors and am known for my expertise in large-scale digital transformation and enterprise modernization. With extensive international experience in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, I bring a global perspective to my role.

Before joining Cision I served as the CIO at Transcendia, a company owned by Goldman Sachs. During my time there I played a key role in streamlining enterprise resource planning (ERP), optimizing operational processes, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and designing cloud computing infrastructure. These efforts significantly improved the company’s operations and application efficiency. My career also includes senior technology positions at Composites One, Essendant, and W.W. Grainger. 

I earned my MBA from the University of Notre Dame and live in Chicago alongside my three children. Outside of work I’m an avid fan of basketball and am passionate about music.

I’m Tom Spaeth, and I’m the Chief Financial Officer at Cision, where I focus on driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. With over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and business operations, I’m passionate about building strong financial foundations that support long-term success.

I’ve led finance teams across a range of industries, most recently as CFO at HireRight, where I oversaw financial strategy and operations. Prior to that, I served as CFO at UBM Technology, leading finance, sales operations, and IT. I’ve also held leadership roles at Motorola, Ernst & Young, and Deutsche Bank, navigating complex financial landscapes and optimizing business performance.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, I earned my degrees from the University of Wisconsin and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. After spending 20 years in Southern California raising our three boys, my wife and I now call Nashville home. 

I’m Jim Daxner, Chief Product Officer & Head of Strategy at Cision, where I lead the development of innovative products and strategic initiatives that drive business growth. With over 20 years of experience in tech-enabled services and FinTech, I’m passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions, expanding market opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency.

I’ve spearheaded product strategy and business transformation at companies like HireRight, Digital Trusted Identity Services (DTIS), and Affinion Group, where I helped scale product portfolios, launch new revenue streams, and optimize go-to-market strategies. I thrive in high-performance cultures, fostering collaboration across teams to bring ideas to life.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying ahead of emerging technology trends and exploring ways to apply innovation to real-world business challenges.

I’m Jeff Mullins, Chief Technology Officer at Cision, where I lead technology transformation, AI-driven innovation, and global platform scalability. My focus is on building modern, data-driven solutions that empower our customers and drive business success.

With experience spanning North America, Europe, and APAC, I’ve held leadership roles at HireRight, Microsoft, and AlixPartners, where I specialized in developing enterprise platforms, optimizing tech investments, and integrating AI-powered automation. I have a strategic, results-oriented approach, helping organizations modernize their technology infrastructure and gain a competitive edge.

When I’m not shaping Cision’s technology strategy, I’m passionate about mentoring teams, exploring advancements in AI, and driving innovation that makes a measurable impact.

I’m a proven performance-driven operator with extensive experience working in B2B and B2C technology and media companies. 

Over the course of my career, I’ve held leadership positions in the US, the UK, and EMEA. Notably, I was the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer of Brandwatch prior to its successful acquisition by Cision.

In my role at Brandwatch I developed and led diverse functions including legal, privacy, risk, compliance, HR, IT, facilities, and sales operations.

I have a BA from Occidental College and Law degrees from both Thomas Jefferson School of Law and University College London.
